At PFGSports, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused equipment and apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original documentation and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your sports gear, we will process your refund or ship your new items within 3-5 business days.
